About Me

Degrees & Certifications

Hi, I’m Zara. – a transformational leadership coach, wife, mother of three, nature enthusiast, dog lover, passionate learner, and lifelong meaning-maker.

As a national award-winning sales and marketing professional and entrepreneur, I’ve learned what it takes to create lasting success, not just in business, but in life. I specialize in helping people and organizations clarify their goals, align their energy, and take bold, purpose-driven action.

After 20 years as the founder and owner of a successful employee benefits agency, I made a life-altering decision: I left my thriving business to pursue a lifelong dream — completing my degree in Contemplative Psychology at Naropa University. That choice led me to live and conduct research in Bhutan, the birthplace of Gross National Happiness, where I developed a coaching program to support recovery through self-awareness and identity building.

This journey wasn’t just about credentials — it was about fully stepping into the life I was meant to live, and helping others do the same.

Today, I combine experience, intuition, strategy, and heart to help my clients navigate transformation with clarity and confidence. Whether you're a professional in transition, a leader seeking deeper impact, or someone ready for a personal breakthrough, I’m here to help you thrive.

Modern Office Lounge Meeting
I was struggling to move up in my career. A position came up that would be a dream position for me. Realizing there were requirements of the job I didn’t currently possess, I almost didn’t apply. A friend who had great success working with Zara referred me to her. Zara helped me see where I was holding myself back and quickly helped me create a plan to achieve my goal of being ready and able to win the position.... after working with Zara for six weeks I was offered the position I had thought unachievable, I now have the tools and skills to achieve anything I set my mind to.
